This job requires organizational skills because of shelving and restocking the products on the shelves. Also good communication skills are necessary for directing and helping customers. A desire to help others is needed to enjoy the service we give to our customers. Selling skills are needed to help the store achieve. Also multitasking is essential in working in this environment because one was required to help customers, answer phone calls and cashier efficiently and quickly at the same time. Being able to work with computers is important because one must be able to place product orders and find products in the store by using the computer. Placing data into a computer and working with computer files was also very important in this job. Knowing how to ring returns and purchases on the cashier was also very important in this job.
